Type: Glazed, clay, floor tile of sandwich construction with makers marks  and 16 stabbed holes to rear.

 

Description: Glazed tile in the neo-medieval, gothic revival style.

 

Design: Cardinal foliate cross with central four-petal floret in a quatrefoil with oak leaves in the foils and spandrels

 

Colours: Black, brown and buff.

 

Dimensions: 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/2" (117 mm x 117 mm x 13 mm)

 

Condition: Nibbles and some surface discolouration (see photos).
