Description: Inlaid and glazed tile with (faint) maker's  marks to the verso. From the Chris Blanchett Collection.
 
Design: Ordinal floral cross with central circe and oak leaf spandrels.
 
Colours: Brown and buff.
 
Dimensions: 5" x 5" x 1/2" (126 mm x 126 mm x 12 mm).
 
Condition: Some surface marks (pitting etc) but these are under the glaze so are manufacturing faults (see photos).
