Description: Four encaustic tiles forming a neo-medieval design with maker's marks and stabbed holes on the reverse. From the Hans van Lemmen Collection.
 
Design: four tile panel in pseudo medieval, neo-gothic style consisting of a floreated octafoil with a floret at centre within a circle of florets and with foliate spandrels.
 
Colours: Buff and terracotta red.
 
Dimensions: 4" x 4" x 1/2" (107 mm x 107 mm x 12 mm)
 
Condition: Chips, nibbles and surface marks and scratches (see photos).
