Type: Dust-pressed, edge or border tile with a repeating pattern.

Description: Inlaid and glazed tile with (faint) maker's marks to the verso. 
 
Design: Cardinal cross with fleur de lys terminals set in a diamond between borders and with trefoil buds.
 
Colours: Brown and buff.
 
Dimensions: 5" x 5" x 1/2" (125 mm x 125 mm x 15 mm).
 
Condition: Some surface marks (pitting etc) but these are under the glaze so are manufacturing faults (see photos).
